AI has meant the creation of new occupations and has become part of work across numerous fields.

Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship vocations typically fall under the Trades, transport and equipment operators and related occupations (Major Group 7), often requiring a college diploma or apprenticeship training of two or more years (TEER 2) or less than two years (TEER 3).

Health CareHealth care is a sector with exceptionally high demand across Canada. The federal government often prioritizes immigration applicants with experience in various health care roles, from TEER 1 to TEER 3, due to persistent labour shortages.
Human ServicesHuman Services includes occupations focused on community, social, and government services.
AccountingAccounting occupations are categorized under Business, finance and administration occupations.
EntrepreneurshipEntrepreneurship is not a single NOC group but involves roles that start, manage, or own a business, often overlapping with Management occupations (Major Group 0) and various professional and trade occupations
Hospitality and RetailThese roles are typically in Sales and service occupations (Major Group 6).
